Our Pizza's Secret

Why our Pizza is so good!

da MARA is proud to claim the first and only Stefano Ferrara log burning oven in Wales.

This same oven type was the one used to bake the first ever Margherita pizza in Naples in late 1889.

Our handcrafted, traditional Neapolitan brick oven has been custom-built by a specialist oven-maker in Italy and da MARA are proud to be the only restaurant in Wales to use one.
